ส่งผ่าน E-mail / Google Drive หากส่งผ่าน google drive จะเก็บงานให้ 2 อาทิตย์ก่อนทำการลบออกจากไดรฟ์	Send via E-mail / Google Drive If send via Google Drive, your work will be kept for 2 weeks before being deleted from the Drive
ต้องให้เครดิตนักวาด "GuiKOU" หรือแท็ค/พิมพ์ชื่อ social mediaต่างๆ และไม่แอบอ้างว่าตนเองวาด	Always give the artist's credit "GuiKOU" or tag/type my social media, and DO NOT claim that you draw it yourself
ทางนักวาดอาจมีการนำรูประหว่างอัพเดทหรือเสร็จแล้วนำมาโพส หากไม่ต้องการอย่างใดอย่างนึงหรือทั้ง 2 อย่างขอให้แจ้งทางนักวาดด้วย ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้นจะมีการติดลายน้ำให้ค่ะ	I will post my wips or commissions on social media If you don't want any of this, please let me know, and I'll add a watermark, so don't worry
ห้ามนำผลงานไปใช้เป็น NFT หรือ AI generate	Don't use my art to AI generate or NFT
ห้ามแก้ไขภาพที่วาดโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต	Don't edit my drawing without my consent
หากจับได้ว่างานไหนที่เป็นใช้ส่วนตัว (personal used) แล้วนำไปใช้เป็นเชิงพาณิชย์ (commercial) จะถูกปรับ 20 เท่าของราคาที่จ่าย และดำเนินคดีทางกฎหมาย สามารถปลดเชิงพาณิชย์ในภายหลังได้ แต่ต้องก่อนนำไปใช้เท่านั้น	If I found that any of my work was intended for personal use but used for commercial purposes. You'll be penalized 20 times the amount paid, and I'll take legal action It can be commercial use later, but you must pay before using it

ระยะเวลา และแก้ไขงาน
Work Duration and Editing Work

สามารถแก้ไขงานได้ 3 ครั้ง หากมากกว่านั้นจะมีการบวกเพิ่ม ยกเว้นกรณีทางนักวาดตกหล่นเองจากที่แจ้งไว้	Work can be edited 3 times; any more than that will have extra costs Except it's from my mistake or when I forgot to draw it from what was mentioned
งานเส้น : 2-5 วัน / งานสี : 1-4 อาทิตย์ ระยะเวลาการทำงานจะเป็นต่องาน 1 ชิ้น ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้นความเร็วและความช้าขึ้นอยู่กับความว่างของทางนักวาดด้วยเช่นกัน หากมีเดทไลน์ที่ชัดเจนขอให้แจ้งด้วย	Line art :2-5 days / Colour : 1-4 weeks The duration is for a single piece However, the artist's availability also affects the speed. Please notify me if there is a definite deadline
งานเร่งขั้นต่ำ 7 ชม. มีการบวกเพิ่ม 200-1000+ บ. ตามความยากง่ายและระยะเวลา และมีสิทธิ์ที่จะปฏิเสธ	Rush work need at least 7 hrs Rush fee 6-30+ usd According to the difficulty and a period of time with the right to decline

การโอน และการยกเลิก
Payment and Cancellation

สามารถจ่าย 100 บ. เพื่อล็อคคิวไว้ก่อนได้ แต่จะยังไม่เริ่มงาน	You can pay 3 usd to reserve the queue first, but I won't begin the task
เริ่มงานทันทีเมื่อโอน 50-100% กรณีไม่มีคิว	I'll begin working immediately when paid 50-100% However when there is no queue
เมื่อโอนเต็มจำนวน จะส่งไฟล์ทันทีเมื่องานเสร็จ	Full payment When I finish I'll sent it immediatly
เมื่อโอน 50% จะมีการติดน้ำลายตลอดระหว่างอัพเดทงานและจะไม่ส่งไฟล์เสร็จจนกว่าจะจ่ายครบ และโอนภายในระยะเวลา 1 อาทิตย์ เมื่องานเสร็จ หรือสามารถคุยเจรจาบอกวันที่แน่ชัดได้	50% of the payment I'll add a watermark during the process and won't send it till you pay the rest. The duration is within one week after the work finished or inform the full payment date
เมื่อโอนมา และทางนักวาดได้เริ่มงานแล้ว สามารถยกเลิกงานได้ แต่จะไม่มีการคืนเงินใดใดทั้งสิ้น	When transferred/pay and I started work Can cancel the work. However, no refunds will be provided
เมื่อโอนมา และทางนักวาดยังไม่ได้เริ่มงาน สามารถยกเลิกงานได้ และทำการคืนเงินให้เป็นจำนวน 2 ครั้ง หากมีครั้งต่อไปจะไม่ทำการรับงาน / ซื้อขายด้วย และติดBlack list	When transferred/pay and I haven't start work Can cancel the work and compensate money twice. If this happens again, I refuse to accept work / trade from you and will be blacklisted.

การทำงาน

1. Brief / แจ้งรายละเอียด สามารถส่งเป็นดอคหรือภาพวาดได้

ขนาดกระดาษที่ต้องการ หากไม่แจ้งจะเป็น default หรือตามใจนักวาดนะคะ
สีหน้า ท่าทาง เสื้อผ้า ในส่วนของท่าทางไม่ค่อยแนะนำให้ใช้เบสหรือ reference ของนักวาดอื่นนะคะ แต่ส่งมาด้วยได้เหมือนกันค่ะ แค่เราจะมีการดัดแปลงให้ไม่เหมือนต้นฉบับ ยกเว้นเป็น reference จากผู้จ้างทำมาเอง อย่างก้างปลา วาดเอง 3D model รูปถ่าย หรือจะบรรยายก็ได้ค่ะ
ฉากหรือProps ถ้ามี
กรณีลงสี แจ้ง Mood & Tone ที่อยากได้จะดีมากค่ะ
หากเป็นเชิงพาณิชย์ขอให้แจ้งด้วยค่ะ เชิงพาณิชย์ *2.5, ของแจก *2

2. ตี/คิดราคางาน เริ่มงานทันทีหลังโอน 50% หรือเต็มจำนวน หากไม่มีคิวก่อนหน้า3. อัพเดทความคืบหน้า ภาพร่าง ( เช็คcompo ) -> เส้นรัฟ -> ตัดเส้น -> สีเบส -> ลงสี กรณีสั่งเป็น Colour A จะข้ามขั้นตอนการตัดเส้นไปนะคะ
4. ตรวจเช็คงานรอบสุดท้ายก่อนส่ง5. ส่งรูปวาด ไฟล์จะเป็นไม่ .png ก็ .jpg ให้ค่ะ

Work Process

Resolution If not informed, it will be the default or as desired by the artist
Expression, Pose, Cloth As for the pose, I do not recommend using base or reference from another artist, but you are welcome to send one. I'll adapt it so that it doesn't like the original, unless you provide a reference from yourself, such as stick man, 3D model, photograph, or just describe it.
Background or Props If have
For colour brief Mood & Tone is a plus
Commercial use or Give Away must inform me during the brief too commercial use *2.5, Give Away *2

2. Calculate the price Start when paid half or full payment3. Update work process Draft ( check compo ) -> Sketch -> Line art -> Base -> Colour I'll skip line art process for the Colour A4. Double-check before sending work.5. Sending files I'll be sending as files .png or .jpg
